In case of DOA, buyer must send pictures of shrimp in unopened bag within two hours of delivery time. Refund excluding shipping cost will be issued. We are not responsible for lost packages or damage caused by delivery carrier.

In case of DOA, buyer must send pictures of plants in unopened bag within two hours of delivery time. Refund excluding shipping cost will be issued. We are not responsible for lost packages or damage caused by delivery carrier.

Fish:

We offer live arrival guarantee only if Delta Cargo is used for the shipping method. If USPS is is used, there is NO LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE. In case of DOA, buyer must send pictures of fish with tails cut off within two hours of delivery time. Refund excluding shipping cost will be issued.
